Shipping policy

We start getting your order ready as soon as it comes through.

Most orders are packed and sent within 1–3 business days (a bit longer if things are busy or for pre-orders).

Once your order is on the way, you’ll get an email with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on it.

Delivery usually takes 2–10 business days, depending on where you are in Australia.

Shipping rate is $12.95 Australia wide.

Sometimes things like weather, busy periods (like Christmas or Easter), or courier delays can slow things down a little — it’s out of our hands, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
