Refund policy

We want you (and your pets) to be happy with your order.


Treats (perishable items)

Because our treats are food products, we generally don’t accept:

  • returns
  • exchanges
  • cancellations

This is for safety and quality reasons.


If there’s an issue

If something isn’t right with your order (damaged, incorrect, or faulty), please contact us through the website and we’ll sort it out.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • a replacement
  • a refund


Non-food items

For items like accessories:

  • they must be unused
  • and in the same condition you received them

If eligible, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund.


Change of mind

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind.


Storage & handling

All treats should be stored as directed (cool, dry place, airtight once opened).

We’re not responsible for issues caused by incorrect storage or handling after delivery.


Important note

Always supervise your pet while they enjoy treats and choose products suited to their size and eating habits.
